As you know, we offer a unique set menu and are particularly mindful of your desire to experience a Chef’s distinct cuisine. You’ll understand that our Chef, in the spirit of authentic French gastronomy, prefers to focus, for your satisfaction, on precise cooking techniques and respecting natural flavors. This approach is prioritized over simultaneously adapting (and risking dissatisfying everyone) to vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free diets, or for those who consume neither meat nor fish.

In certain cases, our menu can be slightly adjusted to accommodate minor allergies.

Raclettes and Fondues are served exclusively at a 14-seat communal table in the « 17th Century Dining Room. »
